Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Provisional date of AGM

 

Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), announces that, further to the Final Results
announcement on 19 February 2021, its Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 30 November 2020 are now available on the Company's website,
www.holderstechnology.com (http://www.holderstechnology.com) and are being
posted to shareholders today.

The Board's current intention is that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of
the Company this year will take place on 7 May 2021 at 11.30 a.m. at Dyrham
Park Country Club, Galley Lane, Barnet EN5 4RA. Unfortunately, health risks
and movement restrictions caused by the continuing coronavirus situation mean
that the AGM arrangements cannot be confirmed at this time and may need to
change prior to the proposed date.

The Company will announce further information when available and a formal
Notice of Meeting and Proxy Voting Instructions will be sent separately to
shareholders.
