Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Date of AGM and Proposed Change to the Articles

 

Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), announces that, further to the Final Results
announcement made earlier today, its Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 30 November 2021 are now available on the Company's website,
www.holderstechnology.com (http://www.holderstechnology.com) .

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company this year will take place on
29 April 2022 at 11.30 a.m. at Dyrham Park Country Club, Galley Lane, Barnet
EN5 4RA.  A formal Notice of Meeting and Proxy Voting Instructions will be
sent separately to shareholders tomorrow.

In addition to the normal business of the AGM, this year the Board proposes to
adopt a revised set of articles to allow electronic attendance and electronic
voting at future general meetings.  Details of the proposed resolution and
redlined articles will also be sent to shareholders tomorrow.
