Special Dividend

 

 

Holders Technology announces that, following the Completion of the Asset
Disposal announced on 22 October 2021, the Board has taken the decision to pay
a Special Dividend of 2.0p per ordinary share.  This Special Dividend is in
addition to the Final Dividend for the results for the year ended 30 November
2021.  Further details of the Final Dividend amount will be announced with
the Final Results.

 

The Special Dividend payment will be paid on 28 January 2022 to shareholders
on the register on 21 January 2022.
