Greece's IPTO signs preliminary deal to help Libya modernise power system
Jan 22 (Reuters) - Greek power grid operator IPTO ADMr.AT has signed a preliminary agreement with the Fund for Development and Reconstruction of Libya to help the country modernise its power system, IPTO said on Thursday.
