    * Reports FY revenue of 73.7 million euros ($82.4 million) 
versus 68.2 million euros year ago 
    * FY operating profit 5.7 million euros versus 5.3 million 
euros year ago 
    * FY net income 3.6 million euros versus 3.4 million euros 
year ago 
    * Dividend proposal to be approved to the general meeting of 
shareholders on July 7, 2016 amounts to 2.15 euros in cash per 
share (compared to 2.00 euros in 2014/2015). 
    * Will not issue an outlook for the 2016/2017 financial year
