U.S. stock index futures were mixed on Tuesday, ahead of a speech by Federal
Reserve Chair Jerome Powell later in the day that will be parsed for further
clues on how long the central bank will keep interest rates higher.  .N 
    At 7:04 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.07% at 33,911. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.11% at 4,128, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up
0.31% at 12,553.75.
