The Company has been notified that on 8 July 2025, Wendy Shapland (spouse of Darren Shapland, Chair of the Company) purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company at a price of £2.4195 per share. Following this purchase, Darren Shapland's total interest in shares in the Company (all of which are held by his spouse, Wendy Shapland) is 42,500 shares (0.02% of issued share capital).
