The Company has been notified that on 6 August 2025, Ivan Schofield (Non-Executive Director) purchased 23,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company at a price of £2.4352 per share. Following this purchase, Ivan Schofield's total beneficial interest in shares in the Company (including shares held by his wife and various family trusts) is 175,491 shares (0.10% of issued share capital).
