Annual Financial Report and Notice of AGM

Hollywood Bowl Group plc (the "Company") announced its audited results for the
year ended 30 September 2024 on 17 December 2024. Further to that
announcement, the Company confirms that the following documents have been
published today:

·      Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2024 ("2024 Annual
Report")

·      Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

 

These documents are available on the Company's website at
www.hollywoodbowlgroup.com (http://www.hollywoodbowlgroup.com) , and printed
copies will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive
documents in hard copy today.

The AGM will be held at 9.30 am on Thursday 30 January 2025 at Berenberg Bank,
60 Threadneedle Street, London EC2R 8HP.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism for submission to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and will
shortly be available for inspection at:

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ("DTR")
