The Company announces that Helen Schofield, spouse of (and therefore person
closely associated with) Ivan Schofield, Non-Executive Director, has sold
40,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company. Following the sale, Ivan
Schofield's total interest in shares in the Company (including shares held by
Helen Schofield) is 126,691 shares (0.07% of issued share capital).
