The Company has been notified that on 19 December 2024, Peter Boddy (Chairman)
purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company at a price of
£2.9956 per share. Following this purchase, Peter Boddy's total interest in
shares in the Company (including shares held by his spouse, Sarah Boddy) is
679,839 shares (0.39% of issued share capital).
