The Company has been notified that on 11 March 2025, Wendy Shapland (spouse of
Darren Shapland, Chair of the Company) purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of
£0.01 each in the Company at a price of £2.5794 per share. Following this
purchase, Darren Shapland's total interest in shares in the Company (including
shares held by his spouse, Wendy Shapland) is 30,000 shares (0.02% of issued
share capital).
