Notice of Results

Hollywood Bowl Group plc, the UK and Canada's largest ten-pin bowling
operator, will publish its interim results for the six months ended 31 March
2024 on Monday 3(rd) June 2024.

There will be a presentation for analysts at 9.00am on the morning of the
announcement, the details of which can be obtained via Teneo. The presentation
will be made available on the Group website shortly after.
