Transaction in Own Shares

 

Hollywood Bowl Group plc, the UK and Canada's largest ten-pin bowling
operator, announces today it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase:                        5(th) February 2024
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     19,838
 Lowest price per share (pence):          290.0
 Highest price per share (pence):         296.5
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  294.5751

 

The Group intends to cancel the purchased shares.
