Transaction in Own Shares

 

Hollywood Bowl Group plc, the UK and Canada's largest ten-pin bowling
operator, announces today it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Berenberg.

Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase:                        7(th) August 2025
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     40,159
 Lowest price per share (pence):          245.50
 Highest price per share (pence):         251.00
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  248.9735

 

The Group will cancel the purchased shares.
