Transaction in Own Shares

 

Hollywood Bowl Group plc, the UK and Canada's largest ten-pin bowling
operator, announces today it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Berenberg.

Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase:                        1(st) September 2025
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     40,384
 Lowest price per share (pence):          252.50
 Highest price per share (pence):         254.50
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  253.8989

 

The Group will cancel the purchased shares.
