("Hollywood Bowl" or the "Group")

Transaction in Own Shares

 

Hollywood Bowl Group plc, the UK and Canada's largest ten-pin bowling
operator, announces today it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of 1 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase:                        22(nd) September 2025
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     25,937
 Lowest price per share (pence):          250.00
 Highest price per share (pence):         250.00
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  250.00

 

The Group intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Completion of the Share Buyback Programme

 

Following the above transaction, the Group has completed the Share Buyback
Programme which was announced on 7 July 2025.  In total, the Group
repurchased 2,002,158 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, all of which were
cancelled, at a total consideration of £5 million.
