Home24  H24.DE  are up 5.8% in early Frankfurt trade after
Butlers Group acquisition
    ** The company acquires home accessories direct to consumer
brand Butlers Group  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASN0020UW
    ** 65% of the purchase price was firmly agreed and amounted
to a fixed purchase price of around 38 million euros ($43.1
million), with the remaining 35% depending on certain financial
conditions
    ** "Deal should act positive for H24," a local trader says
