In August 2026, the Company repurchased 14,010,229 of its own shares through the trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange by way of centralized‑bidding transaction, accounting for 0.07% of the Company's current total share capital. The highest repurchase price was RMB 66.40 per share and the lowest repurchase price was RMB 59.91 per share. The total funds utilised amounted to RMB 886,745,587.84 (excluding transaction fees such as trading commissions and transfer fees).
