As of the date of disclosure of this announcement, the Company has reached the minimum repurchase amount under the current share repurchase plan. Upon decision by the Company's management, the implementation of this repurchase has been completed. Through the trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange via centralized competitive bidding transactions, the Company has repurchased a total of 15,833,353 shares of the Company, representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's total share capital. The highest repurchase price was RMB 66.40 per share, the lowest repurchase price was RMB 59.91 per share, and the average repurchase price was RMB 63.16 per share. The total funds utilized amounted to RMB 1,000,005,217.68 (excluding transaction fees such as trading commissions and transfer fees).
