(1) The Company's filing for the issuance of the 2025 First Overseas Unsecured
Convertible Bonds, with a total amount up to US$1,200,000,000, was declared
effective on November 3, 2025 pursuant to the Financial Supervisory Commission
(the "FSC") Letter No. 1140361190 dated November 3, 2025.

(2) In consideration of volatility in international capital market, the
Company intends to seek a more favorable issuance timing to protect its
shareholders' interests and ensure the feasibility of the fund raising.
Therefore, the Company has applied to the FSC for a three-month extension of
the offering period. The Company hereby announces that the FSC has approved
the extension pursuant to Letter No.1150332096 dated January 27, 2026.
