(1) The Company's filing for the issuance of the 2025 First Overseas Unsecured
Convertible Bonds, with a total amount up to US$1,200,000,000, was declared
effective on November 3, 2025, pursuant to the Financial Supervisory
Commission (the "FSC") Letter No. 1140361190 dated November 3, 2025.

(2) In consideration of volatility in international capital market, the
Company intends to seek a more favorable issuance timing to protect its
shareholders' interests and ensure the feasibility of the fund raising.
Therefore, the Company has submitted an application to the FSC for a
three-month extension of the offering period to safeguard the best interests
of the Company and its shareholders.
