In accordance with relevant laws and regulations as well as the company's
actual conditions, the Board of Directors of Foxconn Industrial Internet Co.,
Ltd. has resolved to abolish the Board of Supervisors. The functions and
powers of the Board of Supervisors shall be exercised by the Audit Committee.
The supervisors shall be dismissed after the shareholders' meeting approves
the proposal to abolish the Board of Supervisors and amend the Articles of
Association of the Company (on November 24, 2025).
