NHTSA closes defect petition on about 807,000 Honda Odyssey vehicles Sept 29 (Reuters) - The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said on Tuesday it has closed a probe into 806,963 Honda Odyssey vehicles in the United States over inadvertent deployment of air bags while the vehicle is in motion.
