 * Says undertaking renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of up to 1.98 
   billion new ordinary shares 
 * Says issue price of s$0.006 for each rights share 
 * Says gross proceeds raised will amount to approximately s$11.9 million 
 * Says intends to utilise the gross proceeds raised towards the repayment of 
   the land financing
