2023 FINAL DIVIDEND

We wish to advise the following sterling equivalent of the 2023 final dividend
of the above Company.  The dividend will be paid on 15th May 2024, subject to
approval at the Annual General Meeting.

2023 final dividend per share: US cents 16.00

GBP equivalent: 12.7741 pence
