* Said on Friday Sistema Finance S.A. announced preliminary results of voluntary public cash
tender offer for all shares in Honkarakenne
* 192,866 series B shares were tendered, representing 3.7 percent of shares of Honka
* Offeror said it will not complete tender offer in accordance with its terms and conditions
as condition to completion of reaching a threshold of 67 percent or more of each of series A and
B shares in Honka were not reached
