June 22 (Reuters) - Honkarakenne Oyj  HONBS.HE : 
    * Negotiations concluded under the act on co-operation 
within undertakings 
    * Says can lay-off clerical and managerial employees 
temporarily maximum 90 days and blue-collar workers will work 
under reduced working hours 
    * Lay-off plan is effective until March 31 2017 for 
white-collars and until May 31 for blue-collar workers.
