Aug 21 (Reuters) - Honkarakenne Oyj  HONBS.HE : 
    * Initiates co-operation negotiations concerning all its blue collar personnel in Finland 
    * According to preliminary estimation by company, co-operation negotiations may result in 
temporary lay-offs lasting 90 days at most by end of May 2016 
    * Lay-off plans concern blue collar workers 
    * For white-collar workers similar lay-off plan by end of December 2015 is approved earlier 
    * Co-operation negotiations aim to secure its competitiveness despite seasonal variation and 
development of sales 
    * It is estimated that co-operation negotiations will be concluded in middle of September
