Feb 11 (Reuters) - China Jiuhao Health Industry Corp Ltd  0419.HK : 
 
 * Says expected to record an annual consolidated net loss attributable to equity shareholders of company for the year of about HK$500 million 
 * Expected loss due to the incurrence of loss on disposal of subsidiaries, after taxes, of about HK$300 million 
 * Expected loss also due to impairment charges of certain non-current,current assets of about HK$190 million
