 * Each of huayi brothers, tencent and other investors entered into separate subscription agreement with co and yuen 
 * Deal for an aggregate gross amount of approximately hk$547 million 
 * Pursuant to deal investors agreed to subscribe for 6.84 billion subscription shares at hk$0.08 per subscription share
