June 17 (Reuters) - Hor Kew Corporation Ltd  HKEW.SI : 
 * Is of the opinion that the JID was wrongly obtained and/or Abx has reasonable 
grounds to set aside the JID 
 * Says a petition for winding-up was served on Abx Land Sdn Bhd, a 100% owned 
subsidiary of company, on 16 June 2016 
 * Says once JID is set aside, the petition should fail. 
 * Says alleged claim will not have any material adverse impact on the financial 
results of the company and the group 
 * "Is in the process of filing an application to set aside the JID"
