Solutions Group  HLX.N  jump 11.7% to $9.65 - hitting over
three-year high
    ** Co reports Q2 EPS of 5 cents, beating avg analysts'
estimate of 3 cents - Refinitiv
    ** Swings to profit from last year's loss of 20 cents/shr
    ** Revenue of ~$309 mln nearly doubles from last year; beats
estimates of ~$275 mln
    ** HLX has beaten profit estimates three out of five
previous quarters
    ** Including session's gain, stock up 32% YTD
