Hornby Plc, the international models and collectibles group, has been notified that, on 27 June 2018, Lyndon Davies, the CEO and Interim Chairman of the Company, purchased 60,426 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 33.0979 pence per share.  This purchase results in Lyndon Davies being interested in a total of 313,097 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.250% of the issued share capital of the Company.
