Director / PDMR Shareholding

Hornby PLC, the international models and collectibles group, hereby notifies
the market that, on 8 August 2022, 4 persons discharging managerial
responsibility ("PDMRs") exercised an aggregate 2,925,932 nominal cost options
under the Company's 2020 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP 2020 Options"). Each
of Lyndon Davies, the Executive Chairman, Kirstie Gould, the Chief Finance
Officer of the Company, Timothy Mulhall, Group Sales Director and Simon
Davies-Kohler, Group Product & Marketing Director, exercised nominal cost
options to each acquire 731,483 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary
Shares"). The aggregate 2,925,932 Ordinary Shares have been issued to the four
individuals and are admitted to trading under the Company's block admission
announced on 28 July 2022.

Under the terms of the LTIP 2020 Option Scheme (the "Scheme"), the remaining
options under the Scheme have been cancelled and the amounts due to each of
the 4 individuals satisfied in cash in lieu of Ordinary Shares in order to
settle the individuals' outstanding tax liability that falls due upon
exercise. Following these transactions, no options remain under the Scheme.

Following this transaction Lyndon Davies holds in total 1,526,627 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing 0.90% of the Company's issued share
capital. Kirstie Gould holds in total 786,489 Ordinary Shares in the Company,
representing 0.46% of the Company's issued share capital. Timothy Mulhall
holds in total 757,608 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.45% of
the Company's issued share capital. Simon Davies-Kohler holds in total 752,125
Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.44% of the Company's issued
share capital.

Under the scheme the shares acquired must be held for at least three years
with the exception of the shares awarded to Simon Davies-Kohler who is
required to hold 50% of his shares awarded for at least twelve months.

Total Voting Rights

Following the above transactions, for the purposes of the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company's
issued and fully paid share capital consisted of 169,853,770 Ordinary Shares,
all of which carry one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any
Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The figure of 169,853,770 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company, under the DTRs.
