Director / PDMR Shareholding

Hornby Plc, the international models and collectibles group, hereby notifies
the market that, on 18 July 2024, Oliver Raeburn, the Chief Executive Officer
of the Company, purchased 39,952 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25.0 pence per Ordinary Share.  This
purchase results in Oliver Raeburn being interested in a total of 39,952
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.024% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
