Hornby Plc, the international models and collectibles group, confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy voting information have been sent to shareholders along with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024. We look forward to welcoming shareholders at Hornby's Annual General Meeting which will be held at 11am on Wednesday 11 September 2024 at the Company's head office at Westwood Industrial Estate, Margate, Kent CT9 4JX.
 
Any shareholder who is unable to attend the AGM can submit questions for the Board relating to the business of the meeting by 15:00 BST on Friday 6 September 2024 by email to AGM2024@hornby.com. The Board will, where appropriate, post answers on our website as soon as practicable after the AGM.
