Result of General Meeting and Update on Disposal of LCD

Hornby, the international hobby products Group, announces that at the General
Meeting held at 09:00 a.m. on Wednesday 27 November 2024, the special
resolution proposed to approve the Buy Back and the ordinary resolution
proposed to approve the Disposal and the Buy Back as a substantial property
transaction under sections 190 and 191 of the Act, were both approved by
shareholders.

The result of the proxy voting will be available on the Company's website in
due course: https://www.hornby.plc.uk/ (https://www.hornby.plc.uk/) .

Further to the passing of the Resolutions, completion of the Disposal will
take place within the next 3 business days.

Capitalised terms used are as defined in the Company's announcement of 5
November 2024.
