$16.61 in extended trading
    ** HST expects full-year adjusted funds from operations
between $1.82 and $1.91 per share, compared with estimate of
$1.97 apiece
    ** The company reported fourth-quarter adjusted FFO of 44
cents per share, compared with analysts' estimate of 40 cents
per share 
    ** In 2024, the shares of the company fell nearly 10%
