(the "Company")

Issue of Shares in connection with the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan

On 29 January 2026 Zedra Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited, the trustee of the
Hostelworld Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trustee" and the "Trust"),
subscribed for 565,794 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the
Company for a subscription price equal to the nominal value per share (the
"EBT Shares").  The EBT Shares will be used to satisfy awards granted by the
Company under its Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") as and when they
vest/become exercisable in accordance with the rules of the Plan.  This
announcement is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.4R(4).

The EBT Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares
of the Company.
