(the "Company")

Issue of Shares in connection with the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and
Notification of Admission to Trading (PRM 1.6.4R)

On 25 March 2026 Zedra Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited, the trustee of the
Hostelworld Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trustee" and the "Trust"),
subscribed for 97,472 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a subscription price equal to the nominal
value per share (the "EBT Shares").  The EBT Shares will be used to satisfy
awards granted by the Company under its Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan")
as and when they vest/become exercisable in accordance with the rules of the
Plan.  This notification is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.4R(4).

The EBT Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares
of the Company.

In addition, in respect of the EBT Shares and the issuance of 565,794 Ordinary
Shares on 29 January 2026 (being all shares issued and admitted to trading
between 29 January 2026 and the date of this announcement), the Company
confirms the following in accordance with PRM 1.6.4R of the Financial Conduct
Authority's Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market
