Sept 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

    ** Juventus  JUVE.MI  parent Exor  EXOR.AS , the holding
company of the Agnelli family, said it had no plans to put the
Serie A club up for sale, denying a report in newspaper Il
Giornale.

    ** The Restaurant Group (TRG)  RTN.L  agreed to sell its
loss-making Frankie & Benny's and Chiquito brands to Cafe Rouge
owner Big Table Group as it looks to bolster margins and cut
debt.

    ** Jif peanut butter maker J.M. Smucker  SJM.N  is nearing a
deal to buy Hostess Brands  TWNK.O , the owner of Twinkies snack
cakes, for close to $5 billion, sources familiar with the matter
said on Sunday.
