       Sept 11 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Monday:
    
    ** Qualcomm  QCOM.O  said it had signed a deal with Apple
 AAPL.O  to supply 5G chips until at least 2026, at a time when
the iPhone maker faces increased challenges in China and looks

    ** Financial advisor Cetera Financial Group will take wealth
management solutions provider Avantax  AVTA.O  private after
agreeing to acquire all of its issued and outstanding equity in
an all-cash deal, valuing it at about $1.2 billion including net

    ** JetBlue Airways Corp  JBLU.O  said on Monday it would
transfer all holdings of Spirit Airlines  SAVE.N  at two
airports to Allegiant  ALGT.N  to complete its merger with the

    ** J.M. Smucker  SJM.N  said on Monday it will buy

    ** Indian education giant Byju's is looking to sell two
companies it acquired in 2021 - Great Learning and Epic - to
raise up to $1 billion in an effort to streamline its businesses

company of the Agnelli family, said it had no plans to put the
