Acquisition of shares

Hostmore plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the
following PDMR transactions:

Helena Feltham, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that on 8
December 2023 she acquired 59,347 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the
Company (each a "Share") for a price of £0.21500 per Share and on 11 December
2023 she acquired 40,653 Shares for a price of £0.21256 per Share.

Following the purchases, Helena Feltham holds an aggregate of 100,000 Shares.

The Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of
the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
