responsibilities

Acquisition of shares

Hostmore plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the
following PDMR transactions:

Stephen Welker, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that on 28
November 2022 Beechenbrook Holdings LLC (of which Stephen Welker is the sole
owner) acquired 395,600 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the Company (each a
"Share") for an aggregated price of £0.1325.

Following the purchase, Stephen Welker holds an aggregate of 4,441,450 Shares,
of which 189,268 Shares are held in his own name and 4,252,182 Shares are held
by Beechenbook Holdings LLC.

The Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of
the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
