Acquisition of shares

Hostmore plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the
following PDMR transaction:

Stephen Welker, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that on 16
May 2023 he acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the Company
(each a "Share") for a price of £0.234 per Share.

Following the purchase, Stephen Welker holds an aggregate of 4,516,556 Shares,
of which 249,374 Shares are held in his own name and 4,267,182 Shares are held
by Beechenbrook Holdings LLC.

The Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of
the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
