Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial
responsibilities

Acquisition of shares

17 May 2023

Hostmore plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the
following PDMR transactions:

Andrew Blurton, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that on 17
May 2023 he acquired 52,000 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the Company
(each a "Share") for a price of £0.234 per Share.  Louise Blurton, a person
closely associated with Andrew Blurton, has notified the Company that on 17
May 2023 she acquired 52,000 Shares for a price of £0.234 per Share.

Following the purchase, Andrew Blurton holds an aggregate of 104,000 Shares,
of which 52,000 Shares are held in his own name and 52,000 Shares are held by
Louise Blurton.

Stephen Welker, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that on 17
May 2023 he acquired 10,000 Shares for a price of £0.231 per Share.

Following the purchase, Stephen Welker holds an aggregate of 4,526,556 Shares,
of which 249,374 Shares are held in his own name and 4,277,182 Shares are held
by Beechenbrook Holdings LLC.

The Notification of Dealing Forms are set out below.

These notifications are made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19
of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
