Notice of Interim Results

Hostmore plc (the "Company"), the hospitality business with brands including
'Fridays', '63(rd)+1(st)' and 'Fridays and Go', will announce its interim
results for the 26 week period ended 3 July 2022 at 7:00 am on 19 September
2022.

 

Robert B. Cook (CEO) and Alan Clark (CFO) will host a presentation and Q&A
for analysts and institutional investors via webcast at 10:30am on 19
September 2022 (the "Presentation").

 

Analysts and investors wishing to join the Presentation are asked to register
their details by contacting hostmore@mhpc.com or +44 (0)20 3128 8011. Details
will be sent to registered participants ahead of the Presentation.

 

A live presentation will also be delivered via the Investor Meet Company
platform on 19 September 2022 at 12:00pm.  The presentation is open to all
existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via
your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting
or at any time during the live presentation.
