India's HUDCO rises on $600 million credit agreement

** Shares of HUDCO Ltd  HUDC.NS  rise as much as 4.1% to
203.85 rupees
    ** Non-banking finance company signs non-binding agreement
to provide credit up to 50 billion rupees ($604 million) to
Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company
    ** Stock was up 1% before the news
    ** HUDC up ~60% this year after 2.4x jump in 2023
