informed that the Corporation would not be able to convene an Annual General
Meeting of its Shareholders and from a good governance perspective, has
prepared the 46(th) Annual Report of the Corporation in respect of the
financial year 2022-23 and Business Responsibility & Sustainability Report
for the said financial year.

 

Further from a good governance perspective, we also enclose herewith an
Integrated Report of the Corporation for FY 2022-23, which is also being
uploaded on the website of the Corporation for the information of all its
shareholders as well as general public.
